RICK MOORE is an experienced Home Inspector, Renovation Project Manager, Scope Writer, Estimator and Liaison. Driven by excellence he takes more than average pride in providing safe, clean and efficient living spaces. As our Senior Partner his goals include assisting in providing sound, reliable, comfortable, efficient and affordable housing for potential buyers and renters in the Rocky Mount housing market. In addition he has a sweet spot for the needs of veterans and other special needs. Rick has been recognized by the Prince Georges County Department of Housing and Housing Initiative Partnership(HIP) of Prince Georges County as an Integral Part of the focus of HUD in providing safe and affordable housing.

Rick’s passion for helping people and safe affordable housing in and around real estate can be traced back to his days as a licensed Realtor in the early 90’s in Washington DC specializing is the Housing Purchase Assistance Program(HPAP) spending significant time working with buyers, inspectors and program administrators. Later becoming a Section 8 inspector again working closely with the local department of housing.

Rick has worked in the housing industry for the past 33 years gaining very valuable experience on the wholesale and retail sides of this service Industry. In addition he is also involved in community outreach advancing knowledge of God’s word in the local community. Outside the office Rick enjoys pulling Porgies out of the bay at Martha’s Vineyard and blessing friends and family with meaty, tasty seafood. And everybody loves his Banana Pudding.
